Quick Note

Hello folks!

Recently, both Steam and Itch. io took measures to remove adult games from their service in some way. For itch, it was to shadow ban all adult games. Basically, unless you know they exist and have the direct link to them or follow them already - they can't be found.

I realize why this happened and I can't really blame itch too much for this, however if you'd like to keep track of what's going on with the project - I would suggest two things.

1) Join the discord

2)Become a free member of the Patreon page. (or an actual one and get rewarded with multiple games)

That's it!
Thanks for being a fan of my work.

sorry this happened

Given Patreon's bent the knee to eejits like this in the past, do you have any plans to open a SubscribeStar page? They have some fairly annoying restrictions, but they also have a good habit of giving censors the finger.

Hello.
Honestly -
Tried that service (three times), it's difficult to use, they hold your money for months, buggy, slow and generally not a pleasant experience for developers. Seriously, I still have money in their system that they just won't pay me.

Patreon is superior in every way, hands down.

If all this were to disappear tomorrow, I'd be a little upset, but I'd just be free to work on other things that interest me.

Also, I don't blame Patreon for anything they've done.

People are clearly breaking TOS and trying to skirt the rules in all the cases I've seen of being banned, except 2 that I know of.

This is only a surprise to people who believed the con.

Fair enough. I wish you well in your new endeavors, TGD's still a damn solid work regardless of what happens.

Thanks. Hopefully I get to finish it!

This is a great initiative.

However, I did all of my protesting before this situation became dire.
I warned, I explained, and at times I pleaded. The time to prevent this has passed and petitions won't do anything, unfortunately.

It's just a placebo to make people feel better.

This isn't going away anytime soon, in fact, it's going to get worse.
