More patches focused on allowing the player to make use of older save files.

• - Patched more issues with older save files missing some variables.
• - Re-wrote some code to better support older save files.
• - Fixed a potential issue where you could escape battles that must be fought.
• - Added Vagrah's boss bonuses (and also tweaked him a bit so he's not too strong).
• - Added "Endless Play" to unlock it, beat the game again with an older(well, any) save file.
